1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using eroticstories.club (the "site"), you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any point, do not use the site.

2. Adult content

• This site publishes erotic content intended exclusively for adults.
• By using the site, you declare that you are of legal age and aware that you will be exposed to sexual material between consenting adults.
• Exposing this content to minors is prohibited.
• If you are not of legal age, leave the site immediately.

3. Nature of the content

• The stories and comments are works authored by users, not by the site. Published content reflects solely the views of its authors.
• The works are literary fiction. Any resemblance to real people or events is the author's responsibility.
• The site does not endorse, promote or encourage the practices described in published texts.

4. License to use published content

• By publishing a text, the author retains all copyright over the work and grants the site a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce and distribute it on the platform.
• The license includes the automatic translation of the text into other languages, solely for display on the site's international versions. Translation does not alter authorship or create new rights over the original work.
• The license remains in force while the text is published and ends when the author withdraws the work (by canceling the account or requesting removal).
• The author may request the removal of their texts at any time, in writing, via the email listed on the contact page.

5. Account cancellation and content withdrawal

• The user can cancel their account at any time from the dashboard. When canceling:
• Your stories and series are taken offline in all languages;
• Your comments on other authors' texts remain published, displayed with an anonymous author ("removed");
• Cancellation is reversible: upon signing in again with your credentials, the account is reactivated and your texts republished.

6. Responsibility for published content

• The author is solely and fully responsible for the content they publish, including toward third parties.
• It is forbidden to publish content that: describes or involves minors in a sexual context; is taken from other works without permission (plagiarism); contains personal data of third parties without consent; incites real violence, hatred or discrimination; or violates any applicable law.
• Depicting practices between consenting adults in fiction is allowed, provided it observes the prohibitions above and the Publishing Rules.

7. Moderation

• The site may edit, unpublish or remove any content, at any time and without prior notice, when it deems that it violates these Terms, the Publishing Rules or the law.
• The site may suspend or cancel accounts of users who breach these Terms.
• Moderation does not constitute site liability for user-published content.

8. Use of the platform

• Using the site for any illegal purpose, sending spam, collecting other users' data or attempting to compromise platform security is prohibited.
• One account per person. False or automated registrations will be removed.

9. Limitation of liability

• The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
• The site is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or content published on it.
• The site is not responsible for third-party content accessible through links published by users.

10. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Relevant changes will be signaled by the update date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
